    Slidell Meet Results 8-25-18

    The Callisburg High School Cross Country Teams traveled to Slidell and competed in a Relay Cross Country Meet. There were 9 schools competing.  The girls ran 1 mile and the boys 1 1/2 miles. The runners could also win on individual times.

    Varsity Girls: The Team Placed Second Overall - Runners competing were Haily Bass, Katie Houk, Jessie Payne, and Michelle Tyler.  Great Job!!!!!  Individual medals were given to Haily Bass (8th place) and Jessie Payne (9th place).
    JV Girls:  The Team Placed 3rd Overall.  The team included Bailey Powell, Makayla Perry, Kennedy Payne, and Skylar Mauldin. Girls receiving medals were Kennedy Payne (6th place) and Skylar Mauldin (3rd place).
    The High School Boys teams were led by John Klein who placed 4th overall.  The teams consisted of Ryder Reed, Brayden Medford, Logan Bronnenberg, Korbin Schulz, Kallen Schulz, David Carpenter, Angel Valdez-Mata, Cole Walker, and Carlos Vega.
    Anyone in grades 7-12 interested in running Cross Country this year, it's not too late!! Go by and see Coach Baker or Coach Morrison for more information. You do not need to be in Athletics to participate.  
    Great Job Cross Country!!!!!  The next Cross Country meet will be @ Boyd on Saturday, September 1st.
    S&S  Meet Results 9-8-18
    The Callisburg Cross Country Teams traveled over to S & S and competed in the RAM FAST RUN. There were 24 school competing.  Ten runners came away with medals and the Middle School Boys Team took first place and receive a nice trophy.
    High School Girls: ( 127 Runners) The Varsity Girls were led by Michelle Tyler- 10th place, Jessie Payne- 21st, and Katie Houk- 31st place.  The Team placed 8th overall.  The team consisted of Haily Bass, Kennedy Payne, Skylar Mauldin, and Lauren Garza.
    Great Job Girls !!!!!  You continue to improve each and every week.  
    High School Boys:  (124 runners)  The Varsity Boys were led by John Klein who placed 6th overall and set a personnal record.  Angel Valdez-Mata placed 19th and Ryder Reed 24th. Other high school runners were Kallen Schulz, Brayden Medford, Korbin Schulz, Carlos Vega, and David Carpenter.  The Varsity Team Placed 4th overall.  This team continues to amaze us in their fast improvement and dedication to get better each day.  Outstanding Job !!!!!!!
    Middle School Girls: (148 Runners)- Tehya Lang led the young Lady Cats placing 2nd overall. Great Job Tehya !!!!  Payton Smith and Ciara Waterman also competed well and set personnal best times.
    Middle School Boys:  (142 runners)- The Boys Team came away with the overall Championship. The top runners were Eduardo Ramirez- 2nd place, Cody Cameron- 3rd Place, Kayden Molina-7th Place, Patrick Burt- 16th place, and Domingo Mata- 21st Place. The rest of the team included  Nico Payne, Elliott Rohrbough, Caden Flanagan, and Suede Wanamaker.  Great Job Middle School Boys !!!!  
    The next Cross Country Meet will be @ Slidell on Saturday, September 15th
    Boyd Meet Results 9-1-18
    The Wildcat Cross Country Teams traveled to Boyd and competed very well in a big meet which 34 schools were running.  3 of our runners came away with medals. 
    Varsity Girls-(157 runners)  The Team Placed 11th overall.  The Lady Cat Team includes: Michelle Tyler, Haily Bass, Jessie Payne, Skylar Mauldin, Katie Houk, Kennedy Payne, and MaKayla Perry. Great Job Girls!!!!
    Varsity Boys-(152 runners) The Team Placed 15th overall and were led by John Klein who received a medal for placing 13th overall. The Varsity Boys team consisted of Korbin Schulz, Ryder Reed, Angel Valdez-Mata, and Carlos Vega. This team continues to greatly improve each week.    
    JV Girls- Lauren Garza and Nicole Gates ran well and both continue to improve.  Keep up the Hard Work Ladies!!!!
    JV Boys- Kallen Schulz, Brayden Medford, and David Carpenter competed and all ran their best times of the season.
    Middle School Girls- (195 runners) Tehya Lang was top lady cat finishing in 9th place and received her first medal of the season.  Great Job Tehya!!!!!  The team included: Caylin Carpenter, Payton Smith, and Ciari Waterman.  Great Job Girls!!! Coach Baker still needs more middle school girls to run!!!!
    Middle School Boys-(192 runners)  The Team Placed 3rd Overall.  Eduardo Ramirez led the way placing 4th overall.  He also received his medal of the year.  The Team includes:  Cody Cameron, Patrick Burt, Domingo Mata, Hayden McMains, Kayden Molina, Nico Payne, Suade Wanamaker, and Caden Flanagan. Outstanding Job!!!!!
    The next Cross Country Meet will be on Saturday, September 8th @ S & S.
