Notice of CISD Copier Program - Request for Proposals

Callisburg ISD is requesting proposals for the Districtwide Copier/Printer Program.

Documents can be obtained from the School District Business Office at 148 Dozier, Callisburg, TX 76240 or online at:

All proposals will be accepted until the final date for responses of July 11, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

Mark plainly on your envelope, RFP# 05-2023.   Address your sealed proposal to Jeff Threadgill, Callisburg ISD, 148 Dozier Street, Callisburg, TX 76240. Proposals will be accepted at said time at the above stated address.  Any qualifications received after the stated time will be rejected. 

For questions relating to the qualifications please contact Jeff Threadgill at jthreadgill@cisdtx.net.   The district intends to award the contract to one vendor as is in the best interest of the District.  The Callisburg Independent School district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all parts of any and all qualifications and to waive any and all technicalities.  The District further reserves the right to be the sole judge of quality.  No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or email.
